Right of withdrawal for consumers

1. The English language version of this cancellation policy valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract is decisive.
2. CuraPalma guarantees you the right to return the receipt goods within fourteen days without giving any reason.
3. In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform CuraPalma by means of a clear and written declaration (e.g. an e-mail to office@curapalma.eu) that you are withdrawing from the contract including the invoice number.
4. You can meet the deadline by sending goods as a parcel within the deadline to CuraPalma e.U., Florianiplatz 8, 7141 Podersdorf am See, Austria.
5. Excluded from the right of return are custom-made products, including modified, embossed, engraved, printed, embroidered or otherwise altered goods and also for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has been exceeded.

Consequences of withdrawal

1. If you effectively withdraw from this contract, all payments made will be refunded to you within 30 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. This applies including paid shipping costs, but only up to the amount of the cheapest standard shipping costs offered for your order.
2. For the refund, CuraPalma will use the same means of payment that you used for your original payment.
3. CuraPalma may refuse repayment until CuraPalma has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that the customer has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The customer must return or hand over the goods to CuraPalma without delay and in any case within 7 days at the latest from the day on which the customer notifies CuraPalma of the revocation of the contract.
4. If the goods have deteriorated, compensation may be demanded. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
